Programs and colleges

Programmes are grouped by the college that would administer them, so you can compare related options before you commit to a first choice on the application form.

The programme families below are illustrative groupings of sample content in this development preview. They are not the curriculum listing of record, and listing a programme here is not yet a claim that this system handles its enrollment. Confirm actual offerings with Admissions.

Documents to prepare

Start with whatever takes longest to request from another school. The list below groups items by who needs them, so you can skip what does not apply to you.

This checklist is sample content in a development preview. Confirm the final list, and whether originals or scans are accepted, with the Registrar before paying for certified copies.

Support that continues after admission

Enrollment is the start of the relationship, not the end of it. These two desks handle the questions that come up in the first terms.

  • The NCST Education System campus building on Emilio Aguinaldo Highway in Dasmariñas City, with the institutional shield mounted on the facade

    Records and registration desk

Handles the paperwork that follows admission, so a student is never guessing which office to visit.

    • Request a certificate of registration or enrollment
    • Ask about credit evaluation for transferred subjects
    • Correct a detail on your student record
  • Guidance and student welfare

Counselling, academic advising and assistance for students who need support to stay enrolled.

    • Book a session with an academic adviser
    • Raise a concern about your load or schedule
    • Ask about assistance options when fees are a barrier
The shield of the National College of Science and Technology on a navy field

Ask about assistance before the assessment is issued.

Financial assistance is the step applicants skip most often, usually because they assume the requirements make it unrealistic. Raise the question at application stage so the answer arrives before the deadline does.

  • Academic merit

Recognition for applicants and continuing students with a consistently strong academic record.

Typical basis: final grades or an entrance examination result.

  • Financial assistance

Support for students whose household income would otherwise make enrolment difficult.

Typical basis: household income documents and a needs assessment.

  • Talent and special programs

Assistance tied to athletics, the arts, student leadership or other recognised programs.

Typical basis: tryouts, auditions or an endorsement from a coach or adviser.

These categories describe types of assistance common across Philippine higher education. They are illustrative groupings of sample content in this development preview, not the assistance programmes NCST offers, and no coverage figure, amount or deadline is shown because none has been loaded yet. Confirm real offerings with the Scholarship and Financial Assistance office.

Announcements

Deadlines and schedule changes appear here as they are published, and the same notices surface inside an applicant or student account.

Every notice below is sample content in this development preview. None of it is a released announcement, and none of the dates should be relied on.

  • Admissions

Application window for the incoming term

Placeholder notice showing how a submission deadline appears in the list.

  • Admissions

    Requirements checklist updated

Placeholder notice for a change to the document list applicants must prepare.

  • Enrollment

Subject selection opens for enrolled students

Placeholder notice for the point at which a student builds their load.

  • Scholarships

    Assistance applications close

Placeholder notice marking the cut-off for financial assistance requests.

Questions applicants ask

Anything that depends on an official policy, fee table or academic calendar is answered by pointing to the office that owns that information, rather than guessing at it here.

Is this where I apply to NCST?

This build is a development preview, so it is not accepting real applications yet — every programme listing, requirement list and status value on the page is sample content. Use the official NCST admissions portal to apply now, and return here once the enrollment flows go live.

Do I need an account before I can apply?

Yes. An applicant account holds your form, your requirement checklist and your admission decision in one place, so you can leave the application and return to it later without losing progress.

Which documents should I prepare first?

Start with the items that take the longest to obtain from another school. The requirements section groups the list by applicant type, but always confirm the final list with the Registrar before paying for certified copies.

How will I know my application status changed?

The status view shows each stage from submission through to the decision, and marks anything that needs an action from you. In a production deployment, that change would also be sent to your registered email address.

Can I still change my programme choice after submitting?

Programme changes after submission are handled by the admissions office rather than through the form, because they can affect capacity. Raise the request through the status view so the change is recorded against your application.

What happens after I am admitted?

You claim your slot, enroll in subjects, review your assessment, settle payment, and receive your enrolment confirmation. Each of those steps is listed in the admissions journey above.

Begin your application when you are ready

Nothing is submitted until you confirm it, so you can start now and finish once your documents are in order.

Prepare
Gather the documents that take longest to request from your previous school.
Save
Leave the form partway through and return to it without losing your progress.
